 | | Born in 1986 in Vilnius, Mariana is graduate of International Relations at Vilnius University. She came to JuBIC in 2005 as a project volunteer, then she stayed as a member and became experienced enough to be a leader.Mariana says she likes dealing with active people who are not only colleagues but also good friends.
| Tatsiana Babich
 | | Tatsiana is a graduate of Belarusian State Pedagogical University (Minsk 1999–2007). Since 2005, she has been member of JuBIC. Currently she is a master student at the European Humanities University (Vilnius), researching Belarusian and global cultural heritage, also working at the student services of this university. | Anastasija Panasevič
 | | Anastasija is a student of the Institute of Political Science and International Relations at Vilnius University. Since 2008 she is a member of JuBIC. She is interested in the music, poetry, history. She likes Belarusian songs, especially NRM band, and to read Belarusian books, because she finds Belarusian language so beautiful. As a member of JuBIC, Anastasija seeks Lithuanian people to hear this language and to learn more about Belarusian culture. | Tomas Tomilinas
 | | An authentic citizen of Vilnius, Tomas is rooted in Belarusian-Lithuanian borderland. He is a founder of JuBIC, a political scientist by education and a public figure by vocation, an assistant of Lithuanian MP, a tireless fighter for a better world, a better quality of democracy in Lithuania and elsewhere, defender of trade unions, minorities and common people. Tomas loves elections, projects and, certainly, his own two kids. | Anastasiya Matchenko (Matchanka)
 | | Anastasiya is a graduate of European Humanities University, faculty of International law. A member of JuBIC since 2009, she is an engine of the Election Observation project. As a Belarusian citizen, she tries to bring forward the issues important for Belarus. And she aslo enjoys working in multi- and cross-cultural environments, the possibility she has at JuBIC and projects she is taking part in.
| Vadim (Vadzim) Vileita
 | | A graduate of the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University. Being a Lithuanian-Belarusian journalist, analyst and a multilingual translator/interpreter, he was a co-founder and a chairperson of JuBIC in 2004-6. He lives in Vilnius with a wife and baby-daughter Adelija, still visiting his native city of Hrodna frequently. Vadzim dreams of visiting Belarus by a high-speed European green train with no visa or passport control. |
