JuBIC Founders and honorary members

Donatas is the real founding father of the JuBIC, the author of the Statute and the name. He is a political scientist by profession, now working in PR.

Živilė was an activist of JuBIC and project member since the very beginning. Now she keeps working for democracy in Belarus in Eastern Europe Study Center.

Monika was an activist of student self-government in Vilnius University, she contributed to founding of JuBIC and was a very strict and critical Revision Commission member.

Lauryna was very good in dealing with JuBIC documents and papers - something a professional NGO cannot unfortunately exist without. But then she left for studies in Denmark, and now she is still there, following and "fanning" for JuBIC.

Valera is a musician, poet, and journalist from Hrodna, Belarus. He came to Vilnius to study in EHU, and was elected a JuBIC chairman. Valera helped JuBIC out of post-election depression after the failure of Minsk Square in 2006, but afterwards we discorded with him on organizational visions. Still, acknowledging his merits, JuBIC awarded him a title of honorable member.
